Calling to schedule an appointment took a little bit of work only because the person answering the phones had a heavy accent. There were several things the relay operator could not understand. The two front desk clerks and blow out specialist was friendly. They didn't really think creativly on how they would accommodate a Deaf person. I had a few misunderstandings about the style I wanted and had to get it redone. It would be nice if this place had someone fluent in Sign Language so I could communicate better. The interactions were surface.
