My customer service experience has varied over the years as it being Deaf-friendly. Some staff have been nice and clear about making sure to maintain eye contact and write on paper if it's needed. Others have not been so Deaf-friendly when it's made known to them about me being Deaf. I hope that things will balance out and be more Deaf-friendly overall with the majority of staff who work at this store.
