Ronda helped me get my home office set up in a way that I could work without pain in my shoulder and lower back. The simple things she recommended and tools have really helped me to work longer, experience less discomfort and be able to respond to my body appropriately. Communicating with Ronda in my preferred language of ASL was easy! It's not often I get that level of access! She is also very versatile and listens to her client's needs. She is helpful and non-preachy and meets you where you are on the journey! I really appreciated her work and look forward to the day I can bring her to my entire team.

Ronda is champ! I love that there is a Deaf ergonomics specialist, and I've learned so much from her. Here's the review I wrote on Google:

I'm typing this review following our follow-up meeting after I purchased everything she recommended-the adjustable table, chair, accessories and the whole nine yards. I had been in touch with Ronda for a few months before the big purchase. What prompted our contact was my neck pain that resulted from being so sick after Thanksgiving with migraines and headaches, and once I was better, the neck tension was still lingering. So Ronda was the first person I thought of after talking with my partner's mom (who's also a physical therapist) about how to improve my posture while working on a laptop. She said that laptops and phones cause many neck problems, so I realized I needed to take a better care of myself needed more information that is ACCESSIBLE (I'm Deaf and use ASL) so I contacted Ronda. During our Facetime conversation and her preliminary observation of how I was sitting and working, she was kind enough to give so many simple tips that I never thought of such as where the arms should rest while typing and so forth. During the conversation, I said I was ready to invest in a workspace once I had the space and means to do so. So the pandemic happened, we moved out of state, my work moved online then I threw out my back, it was the perfect time to have an official consultation appointment with her. The appointment was wonderful-full of information (many whys of what we shouldn't do and what we should do), unrushed, and Ronda cares. Everything she explained makes sense, and that's the core of her business. There were a lot of measurements involved-from measuring the space to measuring myself for chair sizing, and it showed that Ronda put forth tremendous effort in ensuring I had the right measurements and the ordering and delivery was smooth (there were some kinks during the delivery but this agency takes issues seriously and would address right away!), and little assembly required (my partner did all the assembly, smile). She was and is still involved in every step of the way-from ordering to set-up to fine-tuning the adjustments of my desk, keyboard/mouse and chair and check-ins. Her service is top-notch, and I'm so happy I went with her and her agency as they make sure you're well TAKEN-CARE OF and purchases counted. Because of her, I now understand the value of ergonomics and investing in your workspace especially WFH. Thank you, Ronda!!
