Always friendly and flexible with the communication barrier, Cafe Appassionato take's my order via pointing, writing back and forth, or even passing my cell phone with my order written in it. Their drive-thru does not have a voice ordering box which makes drive-thru's very awkward for deaf/hh individuals. Instead, they take your order at a drive-up window. They have the right attitude and willingness! Plus, they serve an array of quick bites and coffee. Good for moments when I'm rushing out the door in a hurry.
