I made several requests/orders via direct text, love it! They would text back or flash the light to let me know that they are at door. There were some staff who knew sign language which made my experience so enjoyable. They didn't charge wifi as part of my accommodation request which I very much appreciated. When I checked in for the conference, there were interpreters to facilitate the communication which made my process quicker and kept me fully informed of hotel amenities. Thank you for creating a deaffriendly hotel!
