I'm now almost "daily" customer to this Starbucks. Maybe like 4-5 times a week. I always used mobile order to get my drinks ready before I arrive there to get it. Almost every barista know me so they greeted me when I come in and out even 5 seconds inside. Great service as well!
I start to used Starbucks app to order my teas and some breakfasts there. Sometimes, they forgot about my onlineorder during the rush hours in the morning but it wasn't a big deal. One of the barista know some basic ASL, mostly just fingerspelling.
I was craving for my favorite fraps so I tried to order online via Starbucks from my iPhone even I was just 3 minutes drive away to that place. After the online order and arrived there at the same time, I walked in and showed order confirmation on my iPhone at the pick-up area. My drink was already ready as it waited for me to pick it up. It was just took me only 1 minute to get in and out. Awesome feature and must be totally deaf-friendly experience!
Starbucks is where I can find to refill my energy. I used my app, Cardzilla and this cashier quickly read it and showed me a couple of cup size. The transaction went smoothly and quickly as I went in and out.
