Ever since they opened up the new PCC in Ballard, everyone there were so friendly with me as well as making every effort to communicate with me.  I thought I was a lifetime member until the person told me about the dividend program that I had no idea that it did not apply to me but much appreciated your effort to explain to me so I can get all the benefits PCC offers.  Every person I met there either signs fluently, fingerspell and/or writing a note.  Most importantly, they smiled and make me feel welcome!
