King County Metro Services Department

Joshua

I went there yesterday to replace my broken orca card. I waited in the line for around 10 minutes. When it became my turn, I informed a male worker that I am deaf, I explained to him my situation with my ocra card by wrote it down on the paper. He was very patient with me and wrote it back to me to explain me what to do next. He replaced my ocra card fast without any problem. It went really smooth. Unlike some government services, some social workers have attitude issues toward to deaf customers but this man is really friendly and thoughtful.
