Pandemic food delivery can be a hit or miss. I had a craving for Indian food, and called Cafe Bollywood directly via Sprint Relay (to avoid dinging them w/ GrubHub and third-party delivery costs) to order. They initially responded with something like "we don't take these calls" and hung up. I immediately re-dialed, typed my two desired dishes, and a firm "please don't hang up again," and much to my surprise they took my call the second time.
With restaurants struggling so much in this pandemic, I give them credit for being willing to adapt to a system they aren't familiar with.
