I want to say THANK YOU to Apple for made their website support service really Deaf-friendly customer service! Their live-chat support service is very helpful and informative. I used this service when I had an issue with my iMac and managed to solve the issue. Live-chat support service provided great accessible for Deaf/Hard of hearing customers like me. It made things much easier to talk direct to them without having to use video relay service to communicate. Thank you, Apple!
