I discovered that there was a HomeGoods store near me after hearing about it from my sister. I was surprised to notice how busy it is sometimes; I can see why with all of the goodies to look at and purchase! I've shopped at this location several times and have had some decent customer service experiences at checkout. Some staff were Deaf-friendly as in maintaining eye contact and saying thank you. Others were more of quiet and didn't know what to do/say during the transaction of my purchase because of my deafness. I haven't had a bad experience so far and keep on coming back to check out the goodies.
