I’ve visited this location several times over the past year or two—both with a friend & by myself. I use my phone to type out my food order & provide addition information like no cheese. Most of their employees take my orders with ease. We will use some gestures too like me asking for a cup to fill up with water. Sometimes they will try to talk with my hearing friend instead of me. It would be nice if they could communicate directly with me through gestures or paper/pen if there are questions since my hearing friend isn’t fluent in sign language. Overall, I enjoy visiting this location & think their food is much more delicious compared to the other location in Arlington (shh, don’t tell them I said that!).
