This theater uses the Sony glasses technology for their captioned showings. The technology does not always work (Manager recommends sitting as close to the center of the theater as possible to maximize the signal strength). And when it doesn't the Manager on site will offer a full refund for any concession stand purchases as well as a free ticket for a future film. However, the process of getting the Sony glasses takes too long as we need to fill out a form prior to them being handed over. I have made the suggestion that they simply exchange those glasses for our driver's licenses to save time. Overall, courteous service...but they need to change their procedures for giving out glasses to make it quicker. There is a staff person who knows a little ASL and that is a PLUS.
