Shopped at this location and while at checkout, a female staff spoke to me. When I wrote on the small piece of paper that I had, she appeared to be uncomfortable. Continued to speak with me even if I couldn't understand what she was saying. Hopefully my next visit will go better once the Hobby Lobby staff realizes I'm Deaf and which method of communication works for understanding each other clearly.
A gentle suggestion: please use the Deaf or Hard of Hearing person's preferred method of communication so they can understand what you're saying.
I've shopped at this location two times so far. The store is HUGE and many things to look at. During my last visit, the store clerk who helped with my purchase at checkout signed "thank you" to me as I was leaving. Nice!
