Miranda at the front desk helped to get my appointment set up and accespted my call via relay with no problems. When I came in to get my tires changed, what a pleasant surprise to find that she knew Sign Language and we could communicate effortlessly. She took 3 yeras of ASL in high school many years ago and still remembers her signs. Others I communicated with used pen and paper to communicate and also festured. Wonderful. I will definitely be back to this car dealer when my car needs to be serviced again. Thank you University Audi for hiring people who know ASL!
