I have been a customer with Mini-Manhattan Storage for almost a year now and I have dealt with different representatives on different issues. They all treated me with courtesy and worked to make sure I am a happy customer. Every time I requested a representative to write what I couldn't understand, he/she does it with a smile and made sure I leave satisfied with the answers to my questions and with the overall service. When I wanted to move my things to another unit in the building, I dealt with different representatives and they all helped not only to facilitate this request, but also to find the best possible deal for the new unit. I also never had any problem when I called them through VRS and they all afforded me the same level of respect and courtesy I received in person at the office. This is one of the friendliest venues I have dealt with as a deaf customer.
