Luxe de Vil Salon

Rachel Berman

I came to this place to get a cut and color, and it was my second time coming here. The reason I came back to this place is because my stylist, Abby, is so easy to communicate and accommodated my Deaf needs. She is willing to take the time to write her thoughts on the paper, and she provides the paper and pen. She makes me very very comfortable and doesn't mind touching me to get my attention, and there is no hint of awkwardness between us due to communication differences. I will definitely continue using her! Now that I have a phone number, I will call next time to make an appointment and ask them to text me for confirmation.
