I love Pagliacci's Pizza! Their various vegetarian pizzas and salads are to die for... I also love sampling their seasonal offering - very creative. Their pizza artists always accept my gestures and are friendly and flexible with my communication needs. I have never had a problem placing relay calls with them and I, like the other reviewer started with TTY, then progressed to Video Relay. Now, what they could do to win a 5 STAR rating? Allow for on-line ordering. That would make it even easier to place an order and very accessible to deaf/hh people.
I have been ordering their delicious pizza from them for so long and loyal customer with Pagliacci while I was in high school going to the University Ave location in person, used to live on Queen Anne and now living in Ballard. They know me so well as if they have all the information in the system. I have ordered through the TTY relay services for many years until I started to order through VRS. Everyone who gets my call are always using the TTY etiquette by using the GA and the VRS interpreter had to explain that I am now using sign language, not using the TTY machine meaning to just talk to me normal which I appreciate them for allowing me to order through previous TTY relay service and now, Video relay services. Thank you!
