My experience at East West Bookshop has always been positive, but they really wowed me last week when I came in to purchase goods for a girls weekend I was hosting. Their representative, Cyndy is a FLUENT signer and helped me from start to finish making sure I found everything I needed. When I realized I had bought more than I could carry alone, their other representative graciously helped me load up my car. With such easy communication, they made my day!!
