Dr. Randolph V. Anderson, DPM

Anonymous User

I was a little hesitant to book my appointment with a small office as I haven't had much luck in the past with positive experiences. Most doctors will argue that they don't need to provide access to patients with disabilities and I have to end up using my valuable time educating them about the law. After a few times where the Doctor had to cancel our appointment due to situations beyond his control, I was pleasantly surprised the third time around because he hired a qualified ASL interpreter using a qualified ASL interpreting agency. I can't say enough how much this was appreciated as I've had my fair share of unqualified interpreters being hired to my medical appointments only to have poor experiences. As well, when the interpreter was running late, the front desk clerk thought to type everything out she wanted to explain about the interpreter running late PRIOR to me even getting there. I love it when businesses think proactively and do their part in creating an effective communication exchange! Thank you Dr Anderson and your team!
