I stopped by the Costco Vision Center to see if I could buy more contacts. We communicated with paper/pen. There was a small problem regarding my request because the brand I currently use changed their box sizes and the small box I needed was no longer available. After some talking about my unfortunate situation of needing enough to last me until the next eye exam and no small box available, the woman received special permission from the eye doctor to give me 2 extra single contact packages to help me out until my appointment. I really appreciate being able to communicate via paper/pen and being helped with my situation.
I came in during Christmas Eve to see if Tire Center could help patch up my flat tire for me. I was in a rush because it was the day before Christmas Day and I couldn't find a place that was still open and had the ability to do it in time. I had a very nice man who took his time to write on paper to communicate with me and walked out to my car to remove the flat tire from my trunk and carry it back to the center to be inspected. It turned out that it could be patched and I was thrilled. Only cost me a few dollars and I was off within an hour to spend time with my family during the holidays. Many thanks to making my customer service experience pleasant and Deaf-friendly!
