glassybaby downtown seattle

Kate

Stopped by this location to have a quick look at their shelves. Amy was working that day & showed me some of the recently added votives. Just before I left, Amy asked me how to say “Happy New Year” in ASL. I was blown away & touched by this gesture. Thank you, Amy!!

I stopped by this location to pick up my order from earlier and enjoyed my short visit. Their staff named Cedar was very friendly and helpful. Was willing to communicate with me via paper/pen. Cedar called the other glassybaby location to double check for me if they had a specific glassybaby that I was looking for. She also helped validate my parking slip before I left. Cedar knew the sign for "thank you" which was nice!

This store location is cool since they have a huge shelf full of 300+ glassybabies they've made over the years. Not all of it, but many of them for sure! The sunlight that comes through makes it a pretty sight as you look at them in addition to the glassybabies that are for sale.

Thank you for such a pleasant experience, Cedar! :)
