Chick-fil-A

I traveled to this place for my lunch break from my work. I found this place which is completely different to most traditional Chick-Fil-A restaurant design. This place is where we only can order and pick up from outside only. I was little concerned about how I can know if my food is ready. I went ahead to order and my cashier, Erika understood about my deafness by reading my order via Cardzilla app. I was standing in the area where people waiting for their food to be picked up too. When Erika saw me and waved me that my food is ready. Whew! Great deaffriendly service!

Since people have to order their food outside, I was concerned about being able to get my food when my order was called as it was hard to see workers inside the establishment. Before I knew it, an employee came up to me outside and tapped on my shoulder to give me my piping hot food! I was very impressed with their approach for Deaf patrons. I wish more fast food restaurants would do the same thing.
