Another great Deaf consumer experience. I stopped by this location to pick up an online order and had a young man assist me in the shoe department where they also do online orders. He immediately started to write on paper to communicate with me. It was almost as if he had previous encounters with Deaf consumers so it was nice to have things go smoothly during my visit. Appreciate it, thank you!

I was in recently to return some items at the service center near the front entrance. The sales associate knew some sign language and it was very nice to have this Deaf-friendly encounter! I asked her how she knew sign language and she informed me it was because of her child/ren. I wish I knew her name, but thank you for making my experience so pleasant earlier this month.
