I have attend music events, Sounders game and Seahawks games.  They provided really great ASL interpreters for the music event.  They have shown a lot of improvement in accommodations.   Captions are always available during the games so it is helpful to know who is playing and what the scores are.  Thank you for providing all those for us to enjoy!

While there isn't much they can do in terms of providing deaffriendly service, especially when you're sitting in the stadium 95% of the time, the fact that they have a closed caption screen is simply amazing! I've watched numerous Sounders game and it worked well. That helped me stay on top of what was happening in front of me instead of having to turn to my hearing peers and ask them what is being said and so forth. Thank you for the screen!

I am still adjusting to the fact that during the Seattle Seahawks football season, there is...(get ready for this) closed captions during the games on the screen!!! I cannot tell you how big of a difference this makes for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind community who depend upon this to understand what's going on such as what the flag was for or what is being said during the games. I usually sit in my friend's section during the game and it's about halfway up in the stadium. The CC is a bit small but I'm able to view it from where I'm sitting. I am not sure of how others can view it when they're sitting far up in the sections near top of the stadium or sitting near the field.

It would be nice if they could make it bigger and/or move it onto the television screen instead of being viewed in a smaller box located next to the television screen. Otherwise, I am thrilled to have access to what's going on during the game live instead of waiting to go home or check my phone if there's any Internet signal in the stadium (there's usually none due to high volume usage in the same place).

I remember when I went with my Deaf friend for the Super Bowl Party inside the stadium during February 2014, I was stunned to realize that there was CC available during this special event too. Granted, it was on the opposite side of the stadium and not above where the stage was so I couldn't keep my eyes in the same place but hey, I expected to have ZERO accessibility during this event so that was cool.

The staff that I have interacted with whenever I attend a game have been usually friendly, positive and helpful. They will go out of their way to help me if I need assistance.

The only one request that I hope to see CenturyLink Stadium offer someday is having CC during pre-game and halftime for the songs. Many Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals enjoy music so it's hard to not know what the lyrics are if the CC isn't available during those times.
