Grand Salon

Rachel Berman

I love my stylist, Stephanie! I've been seeing her for several times because of her friendliness and extra effort in communicating with me. She faces me when she talks with me and makes sure I am looking at her. She also taps my shoulder to get my attention and is willing to write things down or type it on her phone. She understands that I converse better orally when I have my hearing aid on so when she wants to explain something to me about hair, she stops in her tracks and gestures me to put on my hearing aid. She is just so sweet and if I want to talk with her or have any questions, I ask her on Instagram and she is quick to respond!
