Please provide subtitles for all of your entertainment shows. And more importantly, please CC the pilot’s & flight attendant’s announcements. 

I was hoping that by marking “Deaf” on my name would flag me in your system for needing accommodations but nothing happened during both flights. :( 

It would’ve been nice if the flight attendants could come by and let me know about any announcements & important information like where to pick up my checked in baggage. I shouldn’t have to ask the passenger next to me or interrupt one of the flight attendants while they’re giving out drinks/snacks to ask for this information.
