Wow!! I was beyond impressed with my consumer experience. While purchasing my item, I had a male staff named Jake B. assist me. He was the assistant manager (or manager) of the store. When Jake realized I was Deaf, he immediately used paper & pen to communicate with me. He helped make sure that I got the correct printer ink cartridge after looking at my picture of my old printer ink cartridge. Jake wrote "Have a great day!" to me at end of my transaction. As someone in a supervisoring position, he's setting a great example of how to provide a Deaf-friendly experience. Thank you, Jake!
