Purchased some items & had a female staff named Lisa assist us. Friend had an e-coupon from a local phone app to use and she was a bit frustrated after trying to talk to us & realizing we couldn't really understand her via lipread. I wrote on paper to explain about the coupon & she left with my friend's phone to ask another staff across from the checkout in a different section. Came back & said something to us. We couldn't understand Lisa & she was being impatient at that point about the communication issue. We finally understood what she was saying after she wrote it down. Our experience was awkward & uncomfortable because patience wasn't shown with our method of communication. I did appreciate how Lisa signed thank you to us as we left. A little patience and understanding goes a long way.
