Hotel Shattuck Plaza

It was really nice to stay at this hotel. There was a front desk clerk that signed pretty well. She has long dark brown hair. She made sure that if she was working that she always made herself available to help me get my needs met. When there was no way for me to place a room service request from inside my room, she allowed me to use their front desk's email to place my order at any time. There was one time where I did email them and they were not paying attention to their email. I barely made the dinner cut-off time for room service as a result. But, it all got worked out. Several other people signed "Thank You" to me during my stay. The only suggestion I have is for the hotel to consider offering text solutions so that Deaf and hard of hearing guests can text the front desk from their mobile phone to get their needs met. Also, having more people that sign on staff would be a great addition. I'll be back!
