I went to Walt Disney World parks including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Center, and Hollywood Studio with the family a couple years ago. I haven't forget how excellent deaf-friendly service and well access for people with different needs. When I enter each park, I go to guest service center to get caption device so I can enjoy some rides or theaters without being left out of what it was happening/said. I had wonderful time at all four theme parks. Thank you, Walt Disney World for making it world class deaf-friendly customer service and access!
