So so disappointed in them and false claims that their inflight entertainment on mobile devices and back of the seats are captioned. Plus their continued mistake of bringing wheelchairs to us despite me checking “Deaf” in the ticketing system. I’m in the process of requesting a refund but it is tiring to do this each time with no improvement.
