This was a great airport hotel for us within very close proximation to the airport. There was a lack of quality food around, so that was a negative. However, the service was really upbeat, friendly and patient with us. I was able to use their chat feature inside my room to get my needs met. However, they were a little slow to respond. I would suggest the staff learn a little basic sign language and also be more responsive to their chat feature.
