There was a cashier here name Kennon who was super easy to communicate with. When he realized I was Deaf, he got some pen/paper out and we communicated that way. He didn't mind the line build up and treated me like anyone else.

I come here often on my lunch break and the clerks are always very friendly and patient with me. They never appear awkward or shy to the fact that I am a Deaf person. I love it when things are easy like this! Thanks Trader Joe's.
