After a collision left me in back pain, I was referred to Dr. McKinley Chiropractics.  After I informed them I was Deaf and preferred to communicate directly via paper and pen, they said sure and that it would be not a problem.  I arrived and for my next few appointments with them, they would constantly try to speak to me after repeated reminders from me that I preferred them to write the information down.  They always seem rushed, trying to get me out of the door.  I actually had a better chiropractic experience with The Joint-- a walk-in chiropractic place.  They always hit the right spots, unlike Dr. McKinley and his team, who always struggle with getting my neck or back to pop.
