The baristas here are always so friendly and willing to accept my order via pen and paper. They continue my preferred method of communicating via pen/paper instead of trying to force me to speechread them which is often problematic. The space is warm and inviting and the lighting is bright. I would only suggest that the stafff here learn a bit of sign language. It's always nice when people show an effort to communicate this way.
