I booked my first massage session with Kelly at Theory Wellness and Bodyworks last week and she was excellent to work with. She took her time to write down information, communicated with me to the best of her ability with gestures, and notified me hand signals to use when I need to communicate pressure points without getting up so I could relax and enjoy my massage!
