Lisa Paulo who works at Mabelle Salon, can use sign language as she has a deaf sister. I had her doing my hair for 15 years or so until I moved to Lincoln. It is so much easier to communicate with her. You should try her! I haven't found one as good as her and can use sign language in Sacramento/Roseville area.
