My rating is strictly based on a variable that's increasingly important to me as a customer: video captions.
Came here with my family to attend a birthday party. Note: I did not book the party, nor have face-to-face interactions w/ staff, nor actually participate in the track myself. But I did get to watch the safety training video with everyone else at the party. It was captioned! I strongly believe that if your business requires a waiver and a safety video, it's gotta be CAPTIONED or the point of a safety video is kind of lost. Thanks Sykart!
