Eaton Interpreting Services, Inc. has provided certified sign language interpreters to the greater Sacramento area and the surrounding communities of Northern California since 1994. Eaton Interpreting Services, Inc. contracts with nationally certified sign language interpreters who work as independent contractors. Contracted interpreters are certified by the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, RID, and/or National Association of the Deaf, NAD. All contracted interpreters adhere to a Code of Professional Conduct set forth by the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, RID.

Eaton Interpreting Services is committed to providing American Sign Language interpreting services in an ethical, respectful, and professional manner which meets or exceeds the expectations of our consumers.

It is always stressful traveling to a city when you are unsure of where to find quality interpreting services, so it was quite a sigh of relief when we met our interpreters (Jim and Cindy) at our West regional meeting! My childhood teacher, who is a Californian, reached out to me after finding out on Facebook that I was in Sacramento for the meetings and asked which interpreting agency; "Eaton Sign Language Interpreting," was my response. She was relieved saying that would have been her pick as well, which was a reliable indicator of how good this one is! Thank you for a job well done!
