Dr. Greg Marchand can sign!  I've always preferred to be able to communicate directly with medical providers, but never had the opportunity to do that until....Dr. Marchand, my very first primary care provider -- I'm able to sign with him directly.  He signs pretty well -- mostly in English word order.  He's also direct and to the point - efficient and effective, with a dry sense of humor.  I love him!  His colleague, Dr. Cheryl Saucier can also do some basic medical signs - she tries hard and is very patient and clear in her explanations of symptoms and so on, even including pictures and drawings.  Their team is also very supportive, cheerful and efficient-- I will never go anywhere else for my medical needs ever again as long as I live in Austin!
