It appears this organization is the provider of ASL interpreters in Dallas, TX news briefings during the COVID-19 outbreak. This organization provided unqualified and uncertified ASL interpreters which left us Deaf signing Texans without full access to the information we need. This is very risky, allowing a general language agency to be trusted to locate ASL interpreters. I would suggest that this organization NOT provide ASL interpreters to any more clients. Local ASL interpreting agencies are better equipped to vet and match ASL interpreters.
