The clacking of my studded tires on the warm spring roads reminded me it was time to change out my winter tires.
In a rush, I didn't have time to head to the other one on Columbia Boulevard (see my other review). I was recalcitrant to head to another location, since I had such good service last November.
I called them using my mobile relay phone - and they picked up right away - answered my question that they could take me in at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon.
Turns out, it was a GREAT alternative. The lady at the desk didn't even bat an eye when I requested to receive a personal text when my tires were done (this being a busy Saturday afternoon, with a 90 minute wait) - so I could go about and do errands in the immediate vicinity.
Sure enough, I got a ping on my phone when the car was ready.
I came back to pay - and asked if it was her who personally texted me, and she smiled, saying yes. I thanked her profusely.
