I go to this store at least once per week for grocery and other things. Since I started to shop there after I moved to this neighborhood, my experience with this store has been improving. Some Target employees recognize me because I go there often enough to remember my face and they all have became more friendly and smile more often than ever. It would be awesome if some of them knows American Sign Language so they can say "Hello" or "Thank you" or "Can I help you?" or something like that. That would improve lots for their customer service for the Deaf.

Almost every experience I had with this Target store in the past few months have got much better. Why? They hired an awesome cashier lady that knows some sign language. When I see her work in cashier, I always go to her and I don't care if other aisle is empty and available to check out but I rather to have her so we can have short chat in sign language such as "how are you?" "Happy Holidays!" etc. It always make me smile when I leave the store because it is not common for stores to have workers that know sign language. It really make Deaf customers like me day better with big smile on our faces. I hope this store will hire more employees that know sign language so I can communicate with some of them when I look for something or have any question.

I shop at this Target few times since I moved to this neighborhood. The employees that I encourtered with were friendly and helpful.  The lady at return & exchange center, I think her name stared with Mina-something were really nice and patient with me when we communicated via writing it down to discuss about my issues with some products that need to be returned. I think it would be awesome if some cashier employees smile more often. I understand they works hard for the holiday seasons but simple smile can make the whole experience great for everyone including themselves.

Recently, I made a phone call to this Target to ask a couple questions.  I didn't catch the person's name who answered the phone but that person gave me really nasty attitude and won't let me speak then hung on me. I don't know what that person's problem is but that was so rude and unprofessional! I didn't expect Target would hire these kind of people.  I'm very disappointed with this store.
