This morning I was in a frantic mode as I needed a new debit card for my trip to Mexico after getting pesos at an currency International exchange place at Alderwood Mall. Momo, the teller was SO patient with me! She was willing to write everything down to make sure I understood what was happening and printed a new debit card right there on the spot for me. She also made a note that I would be abroad for a specific time in order to protect my account. I was SO happy!
