Trader Joe's

My experiences at that Trader Joe's since that bad experience which I wrote in the last review have been improved lots.  I noticed that rude lady is no longer working there. I appreciate the way Trader Joe's took my compliant seriously and improved its staff.  In the last few grocery trips, all staffs I encountered were very friendly and always say hello. I am pleased with the result. Great job, Trader Joe's! :)

My fiance and I go to this Trader Joe's for our weekly grocery shopping. We usually have no problem with this store until last night. When we were getting checked out, this cashier lady in her late 40's or early 50's and wore hot pink t-shirt were rude to me. When I asked her to please use our reuse bag to place our groceries in. My fiance were interpreting for me and her. She acted like I am invisible and talked to him front of me even I am the ONE who paid for TJ groceries NOT HIM! When I signed to her, "Thank you" and she rolled her eyes. I don't appreciate with the way she treated me like I am second class citizen. I know that she doesn't represent Trader Joe's at all.
