I walked by and peering through the window was the perfect Christmas gift. I brought the the hat and gave my special someone the gift. It was not the right size so went back the next day for the right size. They didn't have it so I brought my special person with me to see if there were different hat style/color but wants that same specific color and style. I talked with Tommy who would take care of looking for that hat at other stores. I appreciate Tommy, Savannah and other staff in answering my Video Relay Service calls as well as communicating with me via emails that it took three weeks to finally get the hat. My special one loves it the moment it landed on the head. Thank you all for bearing with me and will definitely come back to buy your hats because of your services.
