They always have a notebook or paper and pen right by them which they grab and give to me. I even had one of the guys walk half a block away to look at my 18 foot truck that doesn't fit in their little parking lot and it was in the rain. He was very friendly and willing to use body language and gestures to communicate with me when looking at the problem area of my truck. Nice folks!
