Everyone is always super kind and food is always
deliciously juicy. Whether my family and I go through the drive-thru or dine-in, the food is always ready super fast! I love that we can exchange the toy for ice cream! Best thing ever! The perfect dessert! If you haven ate here before, the spicy deluxe with extra pickles is the way to go. Today was extra special, I noticed an interesting interaction. Between the cashier and a Deaf Individual. The attention to detail, the focus, and the willingness to assist and provide awesome customer service to him was an amazing interaction to see!

Since every businesses struck hard with COVID-19 pandemic which forced everyone to wear face mask to protect themselves and others, the communication had been frustrating barrier. I used my iPhone to order my foods for myself and family via Chick-Fil-A app. There was a super long line at drive thru. There were a couple of employees with tablet devices along with menus. I was in my vehicle and one of them approached me asking me something but I had no idea what she said behind her mask. I explained to her that I'm deaf. She immediately radioed someone inside and asked me to wait for a minute. I wondered if I did something wrong. Another associate came up and signed to us “Hi. How can I help you?” I was pretty surprised and relieved at the same time. The online order went pretty well without any hassle as I showed my iPhone to her. She also informed that she will meet at the window to hand out foods to us. It was just good feeling for me because, without any hassle, I was to communicate with her easily even with contact-free (no paper/pen or written app from mobile) and face mask (no lip-reading). Her name is Lauryn M. so I really want to thank her for her excellent customer service personally.

As I was in the hurry to arrive at the destination on the time before stop by at this restaurant for a breakfast with my family, I decided to take a drive thru as I saw a Chick-Fil-A crew member standing outside beside a drive-thru speaker. I thought it would be quicker and get our food ready as soon as I arrive at the window. When I had a interaction with this crew member, he learned that my wife and I are Deaf. He handed me a portable menu which has every details especially add-ons. My wife and I started to pointed out on this menu and this guy had a portable device to take our order. This device works with credit or debit card to swipe in. Awesome technology. As soon as I arrive at the window, one of crew members waved their hand at me as greeting. I was surprised a bit. They signed "Thank you!" as I departed with foods. Just wow!

I went to this place for lunch with my husband and kids. I was in a long line to order foods since this place was unbelievably packed. I used my app called Cardzilla to communicate with cashier. It went really well and got our food correctly. Very deaffriendly service!

This place was totally PACKED with a load of families include 3+ children. I mean like a mind-blowing when my family and I walked in to see how busy and crowded is it. I saved the table for my family and I while my wife took an order for us. This place was really loud which is perfectly fit with my kids who always like to be loud. When the cashier greeted her, my wife immediately notify him that she's Deaf. He quickly grabbed a piece of paper and pen for her to write less in a split of second. When the food is ready for us, this same guy told her that he wanted to carry the tray with food to us. How nice is it? Great service. I noticed a lot of staffs include the managers and operators always make sure every patrons get everything they need and have complete satisfactions. Positive environment and attitude!

Extremely friendly staffs. They are ready to interact with me as a deaf customer. They pulled out a blank receipt paper so I can write down what I want to order. Also, they used their basic ASL like numbers and "Thank you". Great service!
