I love the place because April is ASL learner who does people's hair. From my experience, I always feel so frustrate with hearing hairdresser what I want her to do my hair but ended up didn't follow what I wanted due to lack of communication. I always fear to find a right person who can do my hair. April is right person to do people's hair in Tampa!!! I highly recommend you to try her place and she can communicate easily. She is very professional with dye people's hair. She will explain how to take a good care of your hair. She is a gem and I m keeping her!
